I live in the third world (Paraguay). And while I understand what you mean, I have seen quite the opposite. Excelente developers are in high demand.. and often command very sizeable salaries. Of course, if you want to be a millionaire.. you'll need more luck, business savvy and you'll need to do business with other people of the same sort. But it isn't easy to become a millionaire in the US either (in fact I've found that the third world is an easier place to start your own business). |
