I think this is a great and very interesting article.
Especially on Windows and Linux systems people LOVE theming and skinning their applications. So, why shouldn't that be possible for Swing apps, too? My feeling is that an application must not force the user to use a certain look and feel. But if the user has a choice - great! I only wished there was a standard look and feel chooser. :-) |
