WHAT IS IT? -- The goal of this project is the creation of an innovative information system (and related web services) in order to locate and reach the blood donors using mobile technologies JUG4AVIS (SMS Onlus) sends short text messages (SMS) to blood donors via their Java-enabled mobile phones.
