J2EE

Complex software such as Application Server typically consists of tens of components and hundreds of configurable (tunable) parameters. Tuning those hundreds of parameters, in a clustered environment in varying load conditions is often a difficult task.If the intelligence required to gather monitoring data, process the data and take actions based on that data is embedded into an application server, that would make the appserver management simpler. An overview of the framework to support such activity in GlassFish is discussed.
