JCP has quietly released the 1.2 API specification for MMAPI (JSR 135). This is only a maintenance release and contains mainly documentation changes in the API. The change log is here. Note that the change log notes that the changes are accepted for 1.1 release, when in reality, it should be 1.2 release. I guess that there will be another release to fix that!
