Carolyn Snyder is an independent consultant who specializes in usability testing and paper prototyping. She spent the first decade of her career as a software engineer and project manager for a building controls company. After her epiphany that real people had to use what she designed, she became a usability specialist. Carolyn has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Her book Paper Prototyping was published in April 2003.
